Dundas, Ontario — Est. 1850s

Historic Roots,
Modern Vision.

A restored 19th-century heritage building in the heart of historic Dundas, Ontario — home to independent businesses, professional offices, and creative studios.

01 — The Building

Historic Roots,
Modern Vision.

64 Hatt Street stands as a tribute to Dundas's rich industrial heritage, where the echoes of craftsmanship and innovation from the 19th century reverberate through its original brick walls.

Today the building has been carefully restored — preserving the timber, brick, and stone that make it irreplaceable while adding the comforts and infrastructure that make it work for the businesses of tomorrow.

Inside, a mix of independent retailers, makers, creative studios, and professional offices share the building. Each operates on their own terms — together they give 64 Hatt its character.

03 — The Vision

A Considered
Landscape.

The grounds at 64 Hatt have been designed with the same care as the building itself. Mature street trees along McMurray, native plantings, an outdoor patio at the Hatt Street corner, and improved pedestrian connections — a thoughtful frame around a heritage property.
